Metacrylics® Application over Torchdown BRAI® (Ungranulated) Roofing: 5-Year Coating Warranty

Materials Needed
EPDM Rinse @ 0.2 gal/100 ft² 0.2 x _____ SQs = _____ Gallons
Clear Acrylic BASE @ 1 gal/100 ft² 1 x _____ SQs = _____ Gallons
Acrylic WHITE @ 1.5 gal/100 ft² 1.5 x _____ SQs = _____ Gallons
  1. Thoroughly clean roof, removing any debris prior to application of EPDM Rinse.
  2. Apply Metacrylics® EPDM Rinse over the Torchdown Brai @ 0.2 gal/100 ft² Wait for 20 minutes, then pressure wash roof to remove EPDM Rinse.
  3. Thoroughly pressure wash roof again with a minimum of 3,000 PSI
  4. Apply Metacrylics® Clear Acrylic BASE @ 1 gallon/SQ to the entire roof. Allow 4-24 hours cure time.
  5. Apply Metacrylics® Acrylic WHITE @ 1.5 gal/SQ of over the Clear Acrylic BASE. Allow 24-48 hours cure time.
