- Thoroughly clean roof, removing any debris prior to application of EPDM Rinse.
- Apply Metacrylics® EPDM Rinse over the TORCHDOWN BRAI @ .2 gal/SQ; wait 20 minutes, then pressure wash roof to remove EPDM Rinse.
- Thoroughly pressure wash roof again with a minimum of 3,000 PSI
- 3-COURSE PENETRATION DETAIL (see Metacrylics® Penetration Detail instructions sheet which includes all penetrations, drains, scuppers, flashings, ductworks, & parapets).
- Apply to entire roof 2 gal/SQ Clear Acrylic BASE (self-priming), embed stitchbond polyester fabric using a brush or broom. Allow 24 hours curing time.
- Apply 2 gal/SQ of Metacrylics® Acrylic WHITE (or Acrylic BASE) over the Stitchbond Polyester Fabric and allow 24-48 hours curing time.
- Apply 3 gal/100 ft² Metacrylics® Acrylic WHITE in two applications of @ 1.5 gal/SQ each application. Allow 24-48 hours curing time between applications.
