Metacrylics® Application Over Existing Metacrylics® Roofing (Recoat): 15-Year Material Warranty

Materials Needed
Clear Acrylic PRIMER @ 1 gallon/100 ft² 1 x _____ SQs = _____ Gallons
Acrylic WHITE @ 4 gal/100 ft² 4 x _____ SQs = _____ Gallons
Acrylic GEL and Stitchbond Fabric As Needed
  1. Thoroughly clean roof of all debris and dust. Pressure wash roof with a minimum of 3,000 PSI.
  2. Apply to entire roof 1 gallon/SQ Clear Acrylic PRIMER to the entire roof. Allow 4-24 hours curing time.
  3. Apply Acrylic GEL (and Stitchbond Fabric if needed) to any penetrations requiring reinforcement.
  4. Apply two applications @ 2 gal/SQ of Metacrylics® Acrylic WHITE over the entire roof, including all penetrations and ductworks. Allow 24-48 hours curing time between applications.
